Bali Trading Lockdown
As you all know, our President, Cyril Ramaphosa called for a 21-day lockdown on Monday evening.
Bali Trading will be closed from Friday, 27 March until 16 April 2020. We have compiled a list of questions you may have and answered.
I paid my order before the lockdown announcement, what now?
Bali Trading will have all paid orders shipped by Thursday, 26 March 2020
When will I receive my order?
Our courier, RAM Couriers, will still be in full operation to deliver your shipped order until Thursday 26 March 2020. All orders paid after 12:00 pm on Wednesday, 25 March 2020, will not be shipped from our warehouse. Please note RAM Couriers can at any given time delay or stop deliveries. This is completely out of our control.
I have received my parcels during lockdown and have received damages, what now?
The support team are still available on email and will answer all emails received. We also grant credits that are not reported in the given time - we understand that some of you won't open the boxes due to the lockdown. We will not decline claims sent after lockdown for damages received. We will not be able to send you replacements on claims during the lockdown period.
I have placed an order and did not paid yet, what now?
The order will not be cancelled during the lockdown period. You can still make the payment or wait for the lockdown to be lifted.
Can I still place an order during lockdown?
Yes, our website will be open 24/7 and you are more than welcome to place orders. Should you pay for the order, we will take care of it first thing after the lockdown have been lifted. Our live system will automatically reserve the stock towards your order, should you choose not to pay your order during this time.
